The lack of belief, either in themselves, Network Marketing as a
profession, or their company/products, is what stops
most people in their tracks.


It’s what holds us back from making one more phone call

when that person we were SURE would be interested tells
us no; or someone laughs at our decision.

Simple Steps You Can Do Today!


Here are 2 simple things you can for you to begin a personal growth

journey, and expand it to your team, so it duplicates;


1 – Start a book of the month program, first for yourself and

then get your team on board as quickly as possible.


Choose 12 books for the next 12 months so you know

exactly what you are going to be reading and having the
team read.


Create a team facebook page for discussing the books,

sharing ideas and feedback.


2 – Attend events and get your team to events!

Plan a casual team get together before hand to invite others.


Hold a casual team get-together after the event to mastermind and review what was learned. 
It is a great way to collaborate and build belief and team energy.


These two simple steps are a great start to your own

journey to success through personal growth!

Make A Choice. . . For Success!

Make choices that will advance you along your success journey.

Everyday we make choices. . . some better than others.

Here is something Brian Tracy wrote –

“Plan every day in advance. Planning is bringing the future
into the present so you can do something about it NOW!”


Here are some good choices to make on a daily basis…
These are not only good for your business, but also for life in general!


Choose To. . .its-your-choice


Be happy, after all it is a choice.


See the good in people and situations.
There is always a
silver lining.


Be kind, and don’t always worry about being right. 

After all,
in most situations where there is a disagreement,  you will ONLY EVER be right in your own eyes. So be kind instead.


Dream big – ask yourself – why not me and why not NOW?


Take at least one action step in your business every day.


If you feel like quitting, put it off until tomorrow.


Then, get out your goals; your written reason WHY and take a look
at your dream book. Tomorrow, ask yourself if it is REALLY
worth quitting over.


Work on solutions, not challenges. There is a solution to

everything.


Life is great, isn’t it? Certainly better than the alternative.

Are You Analyzing…or Taking Action?

What path will grow your business faster?

What systems or tools work best?
It’s a common question that comes up all the time with people that are starting a home business. 

People ask if they should try a certain strategy, or how certain leaders become successful.

What type of presentation gives the best results?
What tools are most effective?
What marketing materials work best?


Are you one of those “Analyzers”?

Ask yourself these questions;

1. Are you one of those people who spend time investigating, analyzing, and looking for an easy, cheap way to become an overnight success?


2. And/or do you have people on your team that seem to find it easier, and safer, to stay in a state of continuous investigation, in order to avoid actually doing something to build their business?


Are you or your team members suffering from “Analysis Paralysis”?analysis

It’s a common ailment that people suffer from.  What’s the treatment or cure?

Take ACTION!

Go out and actually do something!
Maybe even make your first prospecting presentation.

If you spend any more time investigating theories and strategies, nothing will happen!

Your business will never get off the ground, let alone GROW!


So what about you?  What about your team?


Are you (or people on your team) doing everything except contacting prospects?

Are you (or your team) always putting together a new brochure or presentation that will fix all the problems of your business?

Are you (or your team) so busy with “busy work” that no one is spending time actually sharing the business and recruiting new customers and team members?


Do yourself and your team a BIG favor if you see this happening in your business;


Go out and actually do something that will build your business.
Make a phone call. Schedule and do a business presentation.
Sign up a new customer.  Sponsor a new distributor.
And repeat, over and over and over again.

What You Do…Duplicates…

…The Good and the Bad!

Is your business where you want it to be?

I recently attended an industry training event.
I always enjoy these events because I’m able to learn from others
who have already created the level of success I am also pursuing.

You can learn so much from those
that have already walked the path you have chosen!

There was a common message shared with many of these industry leaders, and that was to focus on “what works” and teach your team to do the same thing.

So if your business isn’t growing the way you want it to
(or you think it should be), take a look in the mirror.


Whatever YOU are doing NOW in your business,
is exactly what is duplicating…
Good or Bad.

So you may want to ask yourself the following questions. . .

– How many new prospects do you call each day?
– Do you consistently follow-up with prospects, customers, and team members?
– How many company events have you attended in the last couple of weeks?  Month? 
– Do attend your company’s annual event?
– Are you a product of your product?
– Do you project a positive energy through out your team?…or a negative one?

If something in your business needs to change…the change has to start with YOU!

Focus on the business building activities that will
GROW your business…
and THAT WILL DUPLICATE!

Why Do Some Succeed. . . But Many Do Not?


Why is it that some people are successful building a business, yet others are not?

Actually this same thing can be applied to many areas in life…


– Weight Loss
– Exercise
– Relationships and more


Why is it that some people are ultra successful in these areas and others fail?WhatYouDo


Could it be that the successful people are better looking?

Maybe they are smarter?

Or perhaps it’s all luck?


Not a chance!


There is only ONE REASON why some people are successful building a business and others are not…and here it is…


They MADE A DECISION.


That’s it. Nothing fancy…they just decided that enough was a enough!
They wanted a change in life and they made the decision to make it work.


Now I’m not talking about some willy-nilly thought or desire to do something. They actually had some large motivating factor that caused them to decide to become successful.

When you MAKE A DECISION. . .
and you make it with conviction and are truly dedicated,
you will be motivated to search out, take action and have success in whatever you do.


And here is the thing…


YOU CAN do anything you set your mind to.

Put all the negative stuff behind you and realize that
anything is possible no matter what your circumstances.


It all starts with one thing…


You need to MAKE A DECISION!


A few years ago I made a decision.  And then I took ACTION!
I’m so glad I did, too!
