Make A Choice. . . For Success!

Make choices that will advance you along your success journey.

Everyday we make choices. . . some better than others.

Here is something Brian Tracy wrote –

“Plan every day in advance. Planning is bringing the future
into the present so you can do something about it NOW!”


Here are some good choices to make on a daily basis…
These are not only good for your business, but also for life in general!


Choose To. . .its-your-choice


Be happy, after all it is a choice.


See the good in people and situations.
There is always a
silver lining.


Be kind, and don’t always worry about being right. 

After all,
in most situations where there is a disagreement,  you will ONLY EVER be right in your own eyes. So be kind instead.


Dream big – ask yourself – why not me and why not NOW?


Take at least one action step in your business every day.


If you feel like quitting, put it off until tomorrow.


Then, get out your goals; your written reason WHY and take a look
at your dream book. Tomorrow, ask yourself if it is REALLY
worth quitting over.


Work on solutions, not challenges. There is a solution to

everything.


Life is great, isn’t it? Certainly better than the alternative.

Are You Analyzing…or Taking Action?

What path will grow your business faster?

What systems or tools work best?
It’s a common question that comes up all the time with people that are starting a home business. 

People ask if they should try a certain strategy, or how certain leaders become successful.

What type of presentation gives the best results?
What tools are most effective?
What marketing materials work best?


Are you one of those “Analyzers”?

Ask yourself these questions;

1. Are you one of those people who spend time investigating, analyzing, and looking for an easy, cheap way to become an overnight success?


2. And/or do you have people on your team that seem to find it easier, and safer, to stay in a state of continuous investigation, in order to avoid actually doing something to build their business?


Are you or your team members suffering from “Analysis Paralysis”?analysis

It’s a common ailment that people suffer from.  What’s the treatment or cure?

Take ACTION!

Go out and actually do something!
Maybe even make your first prospecting presentation.

If you spend any more time investigating theories and strategies, nothing will happen!

Your business will never get off the ground, let alone GROW!


So what about you?  What about your team?


Are you (or people on your team) doing everything except contacting prospects?

Are you (or your team) always putting together a new brochure or presentation that will fix all the problems of your business?

Are you (or your team) so busy with “busy work” that no one is spending time actually sharing the business and recruiting new customers and team members?


Do yourself and your team a BIG favor if you see this happening in your business;


Go out and actually do something that will build your business.
Make a phone call. Schedule and do a business presentation.
Sign up a new customer.  Sponsor a new distributor.
And repeat, over and over and over again.

How To Identify Your Target Market

Have you taken the time to identify just who your target market really is for your business?

Most people fail to do this and they operate under the misguided notion that everyone could be right for their business.


To really attract the right people to your business, you want to give them something that is going to provide a solution for them.


Business really is about creating win-win situations and it’s not all take-take-take!
It’s about giving value.


Giving value doesn’t mean that you pitch your deal just because you think they’ll benefit from what you’re selling (or what you are ‘sharing’).


It goes much deeper than that and you must be willing to dig for it!


You want to sponsor people into your business, right?target

So answer this question first –


“What kind of people might be interested in joining my business?”


Once you can fully answer that question you’ll be much better equipped to know what solution you can provide, and that will further the relationship.

And, you can easily ask others for referrals when you share with them exactly WHO you are looking for.


The formula to attract the right people to you, pre-sold on YOU and what you offer is right here and it’s simple.


It all starts with asking and then answering the right questions…


1. “WHO is your target market?”

2. “What kinds of things are they looking for, thinking about, and talking about?”

3. “What are some of their problems that you can help solve?”


Knowing this is the first step in attracting a continuous stream of highly interested prospects to you… effectively, confidently, while having a lot more fun.

Where To Find Business Prospects?

First…Define Your Target Market

People who might be right for your business are everywhere.
But contrary to what you may have heard, not everyone is right for your business.

If you go into the game knowing that there are many reasons why not everyone will be interested you business; you’ll save yourself a lot of grief and it will be easier to accept that a “no” has nothing to do with you.


First, let’s identify who your target market is:questionmarks

 

  • Current Customers

  • People who already use your type of product

  • People who have been involved in Direct Sales before

  • Retirees

  • College Students

  • People who are talking about making extra money

  • People who are well connected

  • Your warm market list of people who you know

  • Referrals from those who you know

  • People you meet while out and about


Here is the key – it is a must that you notify everyone about your products and your business, and then see who raises their hand with interest.

Your job is NOT to convince, bug or harass.


Your target market is those people who are looking for what you have.

You won’t know until you offer and ask.

Simply take the step of asking and notifying each day and you will grow a customer base and a distributor base.

The 3 Step System for Sponsoring

It’s As Simple As 1 – 2 – 3

Successful sponsoring into your Network Marketing business is simple when you have a simple system to follow. 

You may be familiar with the acronym “K.I.S.S. . . . “Keep It Super Simple.”

When it comes to any system, simplicity really is key.
This is especially true when you KISSwant it to duplicate in your team, which in turn grows your team’s business…which in turn, grows yours, too!

If you make things complicated or confusing, people do
nothing.

The fewer steps to your system the better.

A system should simply be a few, pre-determined steps you follow, that guide your prospect through your company overview.  And this will be the same system you teach your team to do as well.

This way, you always know what the next step is, and you can let your prospect know as well.


This also serves as great “pre-training” for your prospect if they should join your team. 

How? 
When they ask you, “How will I build this business?” OR, “What do you need to do to work at this?”

You simply reply….”Do you think you can do what I just did with you?”? 
Again. . . Simple. . . And it Duplicates!


Here is a Simple, 3 – Step System

Step 1 – Call prospect and dial into recorded message.


Step 2
– Prospect visits website to go through full business
details.


Step 3
– Follow up phone call to answer questions, 3 way into
upline and get signed up.


Note:  Step 3 may need to be repeated several times.  Prospects typically will not make a decision on the first exposure, so have a system in place to follow-up with them, too!

Check with your sponsor or upline if you need assistance in developing a system for your particular opportunity.


With this 3 Step Outline, Develop Your 1 – 2 – 3  System to
Sponsoring Success!
